There are moments in life when you sense that something within you is calling—not to become someone new, but to remember the person you’ve always been beneath the expectations, responsibilities, fears, and stories you’ve carried.
You've spent years becoming...
Becoming the person people needed.
Becoming capable, responsible and resilient.
Becoming the one who holds things together while pushing forward.
And maybe you’ve built a life you are genuinely grateful for. But somewhere underneath everything you've become...something is stirring.
This niggle isn't asking you to leave your life behind, or become someone completely new. This niggle that looks back at you in the mirror is simply asking:
"What have you forgotten about yourself along the way?"
There is an intimate container being created to give that question room to unfold. This is your invitation to a sacred journey home to your True Self to remember who you've always been.
Remember. Awaken. Reclaim. Embody.
Nothing has to be wrong with your life to know or feel that something is shifting.
Maybe you’ve spent so much time being responsible, capable, needed, and productive that you’ve forgotten what it feels like to simply be curious about yourself.
Maybe your spiritual life has changed. You have questions that don’t fit neatly into the places where you once looked for answers.
Maybe you’ve already read the books, taken the classes, listened to the podcasts, and done the inner work...and you’re not looking for another person to tell you how to become a better version of yourself.
Or maybe you simply have the unmistakable feeling that there is more of you waiting to be remembered.
You don’t need a particular spiritual belief, practice, or level of experience.
You don’t even need to know exactly what you’re looking for.
Just beyond the noise and pace of everyday life, North Bend sits among mountains, forests, rivers, and wide-open Pacific Northwest sky.
There is something about being surrounded by nature that changes the rhythm of things.
Conversations linger a little longer.
Thoughts have room to wander.
Silence feels different.
You begin to notice things you might normally rush past.
For three days, this landscape becomes part of the Alchemy experience...a place to gather, explore, reflect, laugh, connect, and simply have room to be.

This isn’t simply where the retreat takes place.
Some of the moments you remember most may happen during a presentation. Others may happen while:
Walking beneath the trees.
Laughing until your stomach hurts.
Hearing an idea that challenges the way you’ve always seen something.
Or finding yourself in a quiet moment you never could have planned.

Throughout the weekend, four guides will bring different perspectives, teachings, experiences, and ways of knowing into the same space. You’ll move between meaningful presentations and experiential activities, conversation and quiet reflection, community and time to yourself, nature and play.
There will be moments designed to invite you deeper and others designed simply to let you breathe.
This isn't about packing every possible experience into three days. It's about creating the conditions for the right moments to find you.
There is no single path to becoming—and no single voice at Alchemy claiming to have all the answers. Throughout the weekend, Mo, Crystal, Matt, and Kai will invite you into four distinct perspectives shaped by their own experiences, wisdom, spiritual traditions, and ways of understanding the world.
Some ideas may feel familiar while others may challenge you.
Some may spark a question you hadn't thought to ask and some simply may not resonate with you at all. That's okay.
Come curious. Listen. Experience. Question. Discern.
What you carry forward is yours to choose.
A guide to compassionate healing, self-discovery, and living with greater authenticity.
Margaret brings a grounded, heart-centered presence that encourages people to reconnect with themselves through curiosity, compassion, and gentle self-reflection. Her thoughtful approach creates space for meaningful insight while honoring each person’s unique journey.
At the retreat you’ll experience…a guided experience designed to help you cultivate self-awareness, embrace your authentic nature, and deepen the relationship you have with yourself.
A guide to resilience, personal empowerment, and discovering the strength that’s already within you.
Crystal’s warm and encouraging style helps people recognize the quiet strength they often overlook in themselves. With a gift for making profound ideas feel practical and accessible, she inspires participants to move forward with greater confidence and clarity.
At the retreat you’ll experience…an engaging presentation focused on personal empowerment, embracing change, and uncovering the possibilities that emerge when you trust yourself more fully.
A guide to intuition, transformation, and discovering your authentic path.
Matt has spent years helping people reconnect with their inner wisdom through practical spirituality and intuitive development. His approachable style, warmth, and sense of humor create an environment where curiosity is welcomed and meaningful growth feels natural.
At the retreat you’ll experience…
A presentation that invites you to explore intuition, personal insight, and the quiet wisdom that’s already within you.
A guide to remembrance, energy awareness, and practical personal transformation.
Kai’s work is centered on a simple yet powerful philosophy: we are not here to become someone else—we are here to remember who we have always been. Blending practical metaphysical principles with grounded, real-world application, Kai creates experiences that invite reflection, curiosity, and lasting personal insight without dogma or unnecessary complexity.
At the retreat you’ll experience…
An immersive experience that explores the journey of remembering, integrating practical tools for everyday life, and discovering how small shifts in awareness can create meaningful transformation long after the retreat has ended.
It’s easy to tell ourselves…
"Maybe next year."
"When things settle down."
"When work isn’t quite so demanding."
"When the kids need you a little less."
"When it feels easier to step away."
We tell ourselves there will eventually be a better time to make space for the things that keep quietly calling us, but life has a funny way of filling whatever space we give it.
There will always be something that needs your attention. Another responsibility. Another reason why now might not be the perfect time.
The question isn’t whether life will finally make room for you. It’s whether you’re ready to make room for yourself.
Sometimes the right moment isn’t the one that arrives, it’s the one we choose.
Alchemy was never meant to be experienced from the back row of a crowded conference room. It is intentionally designed to feel personal.
A place where you can recognize the faces around the table, continue a conversation that began earlier in the day, and connect with the guides beyond their time at the front of the room.

A place where you can arrive knowing no one and still have the opportunity to find your people. That’s why The Alchemy of Becoming will welcome just 42 participants.
Small enough for conversations to become connections.
Small enough for shared meals to actually feel shared.
Small enough to be seen without ever being asked to perform, overshare, or become someone you’re not.
Yet spacious enough that connection doesn’t mean constant togetherness.
Come with someone you love. Come on your own. Either way, there will be a place for you here.
When all 42 places have been claimed, registration will close.
There is more than one way to step into this journey. Both experiences include the complete heart of Alchemy, from the moment you say 'YES', until we gather on Friday through our final moments together on Sunday.
The difference is simply how deeply you would like to step inside.
The complete Alchemy experience. Come for the full journey.
As a Seeker, you’ll experience the presentations, guided experiences, group conversations, shared meals, reflection, nature, laughter, connection, and intentional moments woven throughout the weekend.
From opening to closing, you are part of the entire Alchemy experience.
Choose Seeker if you're thinking:
I want to experience everything this weekend was created to offer.
A more intimate way to experience Alchemy.
For just 10 participants who want additional space to explore, Immersion includes the complete Seeker experience plus opportunities to spend more time with the guides in smaller, more personal settings.
Creating more conversation, proximity and room to ask questions, reflect, and explore what is unfolding for you.
Not a different Alchemy, simply a deeper level of access within it.
Choose Immersion if you're thinking:
If I'm doing this, I want the most intimate experience available.
June 2027 will have come and gone and the weekend in North Bend will be a collection of moments, conversations, laughter, questions, and memories carried home by the people who chose to be there.
Maybe you'll remember the view outside your window that first morning.
A conversation over dinner you didn't expect to have.
Something one of the guides said that stayed with you.
The moment you laughed harder than you had in months.
Or maybe it will be something much smaller. Something no one could possibly plan for you.
Becoming doesn't always arrive as a dramatic moment of transformation, sometimes it begins quietly in the most unexpected places.
A year from now, what do you hope you'll be able to say you made room for?

The retreat takes place Friday, June 18 through Sunday, June 20, 2027.
We’ll gather Friday and spend the weekend together, with our experience concluding Sunday afternoon.
The Alchemy of Becoming will take place at a peaceful retreat setting in North Bend, Washington, surrounded by the forests and mountains of the Pacific Northwest.
Additional location, arrival, and travel details will be provided to registered participants.
Your retreat experience includes two nights of accommodations, meals and beverages throughout the weekend, presentations and guided experiences with our four guides, group activities and conversations, time for reflection and integration, and thoughtfully created companion materials and keepsakes.
Most importantly, your experience doesn’t begin when you arrive in North Bend. Once you register, you’ll begin receiving pieces of the Alchemy journey designed to help you arrive already connected to the experience. This includes Zooms with our Four Guides prior to the weekend events.
Yes.
Payment options are available for both the Seeker and Immersion experiences at checkout through Klarna.
Accommodations are double occupancy, so participants should plan to share a room during the retreat.
Roommate request and matching will be managed by our team after confirmation.
Absolutely.
You do not need to bring a friend or partner to belong here. The weekend is intentionally small, with shared meals, conversations, experiences, and plenty of natural opportunities to get to know the people around you.
Come with someone you love or come knowing no one at all.
Either way, there will be a place for you here.
Not at all. There is no required spiritual background, belief system, practice, or previous retreat experience.
Our four guides bring different perspectives and ways of knowing to the weekend, but you are never expected to adopt someone else’s beliefs.
Come curious. Experience what is offered. Ask questions. And decide for yourself what resonates.
They probably will be at times.
And we think that’s a good thing.
Alchemy was intentionally created around four different voices rather than one teacher or one prescribed way of seeing the world.
You don’t have to agree with everything you hear to be curious about it.
Your beliefs remain yours. Your questions remain welcome. And what you carry forward is always your choice.
You’ll be invited to participate in experiences throughout the weekend, but Alchemy is not about forced participation, disclosure, or manufactured vulnerability.
You are always free to decide what feels appropriate for you.
There may be moments that invite you outside your usual comfort zone. There will also be room to breathe, reflect, and simply notice what is happening for you.
No.
The Alchemy of Becoming is a retreat centered around personal exploration, spiritual curiosity, connection, reflection, and experience. It is not therapy, group therapy, or a substitute for professional mental health care.
Yes, intentionally.
We don’t believe every minute of a meaningful weekend needs to be filled.
The retreat will move between presentations and experiences, conversation and reflection, connection and time to yourself.
There will be opportunities to walk, journal, rest, have an unhurried conversation, enjoy the surroundings, or simply do nothing for a little while.
Sometimes the space between the planned moments becomes part of the experience, too.
Meals and beverages are included throughout the retreat.
We will send a survey out to all participants inquiring about dietary needs, allergies, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free options, etc...
Your retreat begins.
Registration isn’t simply a transaction followed by months of waiting for June.
Between saying yes and arriving in North Bend, you’ll begin receiving pieces of the Alchemy experience: reflections, conversations, prompts, preparation, and other invitations designed to help you begin exploring before we ever gather in the same room.
We believe the retreat begins long before you arrive and what you take home should continue long after you leave.
Registration will remain open through May 15, 2027, unless all 44 places are claimed sooner.
Because Alchemy is intentionally designed as a small-group experience, once capacity is reached, registration will close.
No. The Alchemy of Becoming is designed as a complete three-day experience, so single-day or drop-in passes will not be offered.
The rhythm of the weekend is intentional. Each day builds upon the experiences, conversations, connections, and discoveries that came before it.
We want you to have the opportunity to fully step away from ordinary life, settle into the experience, and move through the journey from beginning to end.
Alchemy isn’t a collection of individual workshops to attend. It’s an experience meant to unfold.
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your registration, please notify the Retreat Team in writing. Your cancellation will be effective on the date we receive your written notice.
Because of the advance commitments required to create this intimate retreat experience, all payments are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by law or specifically provided for in your Participant Agreement.
If you are using a payment plan, simply missing a payment does not cancel your registration. Please contact us directly if your circumstances change and you are unable to attend.
We encourage you to consider your ability to attend before registering and to review the full Retreat Participant Agreement before completing your registration.
Are you, by Design, someone who requires sleep before making a big decision?
